After practicing insurance law for 28 years and leading Reed Smith’s Global Women’s Initiative Network for eight years, Kit is devoting herself to sharing what she has learned through the products and services provided by Third to First. These innovative solutions are the result of Kit's data-driven approach to adjusting well-worn systems within an organization. This approach rigorously examines policies through the lens of workplace equity and safety. It is a key component to understanding our stubborn failure to attract and retain a fair, productive and balanced workforce.  The return on investment of this pragmatic, confidential work is demonstrably superior to old, expensive, ineffective approaches. 

 

As CEO for Third to First, Kit provides clients with decades of legal experience and a data driven innovative product that ensures measurable outcomes for  ending sexual harassment in the workplace.

As COO of Third to First, Lauren brings expertise in entrepreneurship, purpose-driven enterprises and B2B marketing to benefit clients. Lauren spent the first 20 years of her career working in professional services firms, holding partnership development, marketing, and administrative roles. These environments included legal, venture capital, executive recruiting, investment banking, and financial consulting firms. Given this career path and her personal experiences in these spaces, Lauren has developed a deep understanding of structural legal and financial systems, and the motivations and drivers of corporate decision makers.

Most recently, Lauren served as the Vice President of Partnerships with Public Good, the leading AI in building brand equity based on a brand’s values. She built and grew relationships with Fortune 500 companies that value purpose, and engaged their consumers in taking prosocial action.
