Kit practiced insurance law for 28 years and led Reed Smith's Global Women's Initiative Network for eight. Her practical, real-world understanding of EPLI policies and their impacts shape the endorsement design and applications. Her approach is data-driven and pragmatic, built to provide carriers with measurable outcomes and clients with real cost savings.
Lauren Golanty
Co-Founder & COO
Lauren brings 20 years of partnership development, marketing, and operations in professional services, spanning legal, venture capital, executive search, and financial advisory firms, followed by seven years as Vice President of Partnerships at Public Good, building relationships with Fortune 500 brands. At Third to First, she runs the operations and leads carrier engagement.
